As Asia’s first and world’s second largest fluid power transmission show, PTC ASIA adopts a new slogan this year, “Driven to be SMART”, attracting leading enterprises from more than 20 countries and regions including Germany, France, South Korea, Turkey, Spain, Italy and China Taiwan to provide a feast of intelligent manufacturing.

With the implementation to strengthen industrial development at the grass-roots level, smart components have become the key to elevate the industrial base. The updating and versatile basic processes have also provided various machinery and system equipment with precise, efficient, energy-saving and cost-effective transmission and control
technologies. This year, intelligent products from HYDAC, HAWE, PERMCO, KAWASAKI, SKF, SCHAEFFLER, KTR, ARGO-HYTOS, STAUFF, ATOS, HITOP, STAUBLI, SEW, SIEMENS, ABB, BONFIGLIOLI, LENZE, NGC, REGAL, GATES, RENOLD, NKE, LYC and C&U will be displayed on the scene.

The plant maintenance technology transiting from post-response to predictive maintenance has drawn wide attention by its efforts to speed up the production process and reduce downtime. Based on the intelligent analysis of process data, maintenance can help to avoid various predictable problems in time. The current state-of-the-art technology can be found in this year’s PTC ASIA. Also, the predictive maintenance sector of HANNOVER MESSE, the benchmark for the global industrial development will be presented at the stage of PTC ASIA 2017 for the first time. Renowned enterprises from all over the world such as ARGO-HYTOS, BOSCH REXROTH, SCHAEFFLER, REGAL, SKF and HYDAC will assemble in Hall E5 of Shanghai New International Expo Center during the show to display a variety of predictive maintenance products and technologies.

In addition, this year’s show will particularly focus on the application industries, displaying industrial solutions covering machine tools, agricultural machinery, automobile manufacturing, packaging machinery, engineering machinery, marine engineering and other fields. The intelligent display area of Hall E5 will become a gather place for CAMOZZI, AirTAC, LENZE to display exceptional solutions about the auto manufacturing as well as medical and pharmaceutical machinery.

Concurrent to the show, the Smart Manufacturing Forum will set its focus on hot topics including predictive maintenance and Industrie 4.0, discussing operations and applications in terms of data and signal processing, condition monitoring and diagnosis, forecasting and decision support, energy efficiency, sustainability, product innovation and improvement, process and safety issues.
